An applicant creates an account and posts their CV on the portal.

It is available for perusal by companies that post vacancies matching the applicant's qualification on the system.


APPLICANT DETAILS!

An applicant logs in using the credentials provided in their email to complete their personal details. These details include addresses, details on education, employment and employment experience, skills, projects etc.

After successfully filling all these details, the applicants' CV is generated.

This incredible sub-feature makes the system standout. On finishing all tracking details by the applicant, the CV is auto generated and can be exported as PDF or Excel.

From the pool of CV's listed, companies shortlist successful candidates, they are invited for interviews.

Each applicant has a unique login, making editing and updating CVs fast and easy.

CANDIDATES SHORT LIST

On one click of the 'Action' button at the bottom navigation, an applicant is shortlisted and a success message is displayed.

A list of the shortlisted applicants is viewed on the shortlisted tab.

After shortlisting, and interviews, then the successful candidate is hired by a click of a button.
